I'm Denise, and I'm in charge of recruiting for DCVE. My business reflects my character and beliefs. The name is made up of my initials and the word recruiting, which is, along with campervan camping, one of my biggest loves.

After gaining some recruitment experience, I fell in love with the startup and scale-up environment and had the privilege of building teams in developing businesses. I have a lot of energy because of the quick pace and the sometimes foreign locations.

In my opinion, recruiting with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity is crucial in addition to a strong candidate experience and employer brand. Not only is it the proper thing to do, but it also has many advantages. According to recent studies, companies with diverse teams operate more effectively and experience lower employee turnover. Less money is spent on recruiting as a result.

I thrive well in informal environments, and I like to be a partner to the business by providing guidance and advice based on my experience and knowledge of the job market.
