I'm Denise van Egdom, Founder of DCVE Recruitment. My business is a direct reflection of who I am and what I stand for. The name combines my initials with my core passion, recruitment (which, alongside exploring in my vintage caravan, is what drives me most).

Over the past 5+ years as an independent partner, I've fallen in love with the fast-paced start-up and scale-up ecosystem, with a strong focus on high-growth Health-Tech pioneers. I thrive on the dynamic energy of scaling international teams and building hiring processes from the ground up.

To me, effective recruitment goes far beyond filling open seats. It requires a great candidate experience, a genuine employer brand, and a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I).
